Deposit Payment

A deposit of 40% of the total amount is required to confirm a safari.

The balance of 60% is to be settled same way 1 week to start of safari or cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Confirmation date – 60 days to safari – 0% of deposit is forfeited.

30 – 20 Days to Safari – 10% of deposit + bank charges is forfeited.

19 – 15 Days to Safari: 50% of deposit is forfeited.

15 – 8 Days to Safari: 75% of deposit is forfeited.

7 – 0 Days to Safari: 100% of deposit is forfeited.
